To avoid disappointment and to guarantee availability, reservations are recommended.  Reservations can be made over the phone, or in person.  All reservations require prepayment of the rental.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

72 hours cancellation notice prior to pick up date/time is required for a full refund.  Less than 72 hours notice receives 80% refund or 100% rental credit to be used within one year of issue, on any rental.  A security deposit is required on all rental items at pick up time.
