We require 72 hours cancellation notice prior to pick-up date/time for full refund. Less than 72 hours notice receives a 100% rain check good for 1 year on any rental or an 80% refund of your rental fee. (Non-resident customers receive an 80% refund). Damage deposit required at pick-up.
